A Power Deadlock is a rare occasion where all three Nations have an equal Ranking. Since this is nigh-on impossible to happen normally, a Power Deadlock is most common when Rankings are completely down.

Since all Nations have the same Ranking during a Power Deadlock, there are no #1, #2 or #3 Rankings. This is why, during a Power Deadlock, all players who log in for the first time that day will be rewarded with a Chicken Drumstick, instead of a Kraken Draught (Jug) or (Cup).
Likewise, no Brawl Points boost is given to any Nation.
